This is quite the interesting piece of information. Ronan of berryreview posted this article on BlackBerry devices and hearing aids. It is something I never thought to consider, the fact that there may be many BlackBerry users out there that have hearing aides.

It seems that RIM has a knowledgebase article on this very subject. It breaks down the ratings between M3/M4 and T3/T4. M4 is the higher rating and causes less interference with hearing devices. T4 is the higher rating for hearing aids with telecoils. You can read more about it in RIM’s whitepaper.
